Renovation of existing Grade II listed agricultural barns and workers cottage with new build additions to form a contemporary single family dwelling.
The house was built using locally sourced materials with traditional detailing and features retained and restored for the existing buildings, and all new additions sympathetically stitched in with the old, with glazed links between the buildings forming a courtyard and framing wonderful views of the Tew Valley and beyond.

“We found Undercover Architecture to be a fantastic partner in our development and refurbishment of our new home in the Cotswolds. Luke and his team are passionate about what they do and the attention to design and logistical detail clearly showed that. As a result, the end result was fantastic and Became a wonderful family home for 10 years. The excellence in design was no doubt a major contributing factor in ultimately us selling our home off market for many times what it cost us. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Undercover” - Jules & Sophie, Clients
