Undercover were chosen to create a scheme to convert a disused series of workshops and garages into Live / Work units in Northwest London. Through a carefully designed scheme , we presented the project to the local planning authority and were granted full planning permission at a lengthy and very heated committee hearing . The development was built and has bee na huge success with both residents and locals alike.
