Nestled within the tree lined avenues of Ladbroke Square Gardens, this renovation project seeks to accentuate a spatial sense for the horizontal; a luxury in London’s otherwise vertical world of terraced living.

A sense of grandeur and subtle refinement has been carefully designed on the ground floor with moments of playfulness and intrigue such as a hidden study and secret bookshelves opening into further spaces of delight.

A new cantilevered Portland stone staircase leads to a lower ground floor where all facilities for modern living have been designed and incorporated. Hints of the bespoke and an understated eye for detail is reflected throughout in the choice of materials; from traces of brass, to beautifully intricate tile work and the tactility and warmth of the Douglas fir timber flooring which effortlessly ties the whole project together.
